15-17th March 2024 - Wellness and Adventure Retreat - Moruya Heads, NSW
Our spacious, coastal retreat nestled between the beach and lush green forests is exactly where you want to spend your weekend in March. With a range of experiences including ice bath, spa, crystal sound healing, yoga and meditation, sunrise beach walks and wellness circles, your every emotional need and sense will be met.
Not only will you have the opportunity to enhance your spiritual and emotional senses, but with our SUP boarding and yoga sessions, your physical senses will be strengthened as well. This retreat is all inclusive of meals and activities and accommodation from Friday afternoon until Sunday midday, you don't have to organise or book anything except your travel.
Originally from Maine in the USA, Serena has had a passion for movement, mindfulness and natural ways to improve health and focus for 20 years. She has been an avid yogi since she was 15, a dancer since she was 3 and teaching both for a number of years while travelling Australia and the world.
Serena began her Yoga Teacher Training at Uni before dropping everything to travel the world and move to Australia at 21. After finishing her degree, becoming a mother of two and finally settling in Canberra, she finished her YTT to become a yoga instructor for adults and children. Having a love of yoga, dance, SUP, kayaking, hiking, snowboarding and the outdoors, Adventure Flow Yoga seemed the perfect way to combine her favourite ways to exercise while building balance and improving strength and endurance.
