Adventure Flow Yoga was an idea fostered around passion, curiosity and the belief that everything happens for a reason. With my day job focusing around Mindfulness education for schools using yoga and dance to improve wellbeing it only seems perfect to expand my passion for yoga into a weekend adventure.
Building on my love for yoga, fitness and outdoor adventure, I love sharing my passion for the outdoors with others and I knew this is exactly where my journey was supposed to lead me. I love everything health and fitness, especially when it is a little bit different than the norm. I am always attracted to new and exciting ways to exercise that challenge my body and mind.
At Adventure Flow Yoga, we offer a range of experiences to support participants in building strength, flexibility, endurance and incorporate a range of breathing and mindfulness techniques to improve wellbeing. Classes and experiences are catered to all abilities and I encourage everyone to come have a go, especially if its something you've never done before.
I also have a passion for supporting women in returning to focus on their health and wellbeing, getting outdoors in your local area and meeting other mums (and dads too!) We are a new business, on a journey to challenge the way we engage in fitness and build a new love for our bodies, mind and wellbeing.
We offer a range of classes designed to challenge your mind, body and soul, physically and mentally. We apply meditative practices to build strength, endurance, flexibility and stability. Creating engaging, unique and adventurous yoga and outdoor fitness sessions to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
