Class Types

Our yoga and fitness conditioning sessions are designed to activate the muscles in your entire body with each movement and pose, intensifying core training. We combine elements of cardio fat burning, lean muscle training and core strengthening to challenge your mind and body connection.


 Using a specially designed surfboard atop 2-3 fitness balls, your body is challenged to maintain balance and stability while building muscle and endurance with each movement. Participants can change the difficulty of their board by increasing or decreasing the air within the discs, removing or adding discs, and increasing the tension by adding and removing bungees which hold the board in place.


We offer a range of 30min to 1hr sessions in yoga and fitness for all ages and abilities, as well as catering for mums and dads of young children with our Bring your Bubs classes.


Whether you’re interested in improving stability & body control, burning fat, building lean muscle or achieving total body fitness, there is a program for you.

beginner surf class

Beginner Surf Yoga

This slow paced session is for ANYONE whether you have done yoga or not and gets you comfortable and confident in using the yoga boards to find your balance, build strength and confidence when moving through gentle sequences. These sessions allow you to:


Slowly raise your heart rate and activate your muscles using slow, purposeful movements and sequences


Strengthen, stretch and improve stability throughout your body with modelling and correction to build your confidence


Move back and forth from the board to your yoga mat as you feel comfortable and build stamina to follow the sequences

bring your bubs yoga

Bring your Bubs Yoga

This fun, engaging and easy going session is great for mums (or dads) who want to bring their littlies along to a yoga and fitness session.


With activities for the toddlers and extra padding for the babies, you can enjoy a fitness session while also keeping an eye on your little one and meeting other mums. 


No judgement, no expectations, just a fun way to engage in self care and wellbeing while your little ones play. 

Intermediate Surf Yoga

Intermediate Surf Yoga

These sessions run a bit faster paced and are more challenging than the beginners class, aimed at those who have some experience doing yoga and are looking to challenge themselves to transfer their strength, flexibility and balance to another level. 


Also a great pathway for those wanting to try SUP Yoga, but wanting to improve their balance and confidence.

Beginner Surf Yoga

These sessions are designed to engage, challenge and strengthen your entire body in a moderate tempo cardio session to upbeat music and movements.


Build muscle, stamina and endurance while challenging your equilibrium. This class moves on and off the board, working in pairs to work through a range of circuit style exercises using body weight and resistance bands to make you sweat!

Bring your Bubs Yoga

This fun, engaging and easy going session is great for mums (or dads) who want to bring their littlies along to a yoga and fitness session.
